How to Place an Order

Each shop link will redirect you to my online shop located at ETSY.COM. To place an order, simply add your selections to your shopping cart. You will be guided through the process from selection to checkout.  Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your cart and delivery location.

Please feel confident in placing your online order. ETSY is a safe and secure web store and your information is protected.  ETSY makes it easy and safe and accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Stock Availability

If you see an item one day it may be gone the next. My quantities are limited and go quickly. If an item is no longer available, please check the shop again soon and often.  New stock is continually being added.

SHIPPING AND HANDELING

Your product selection is carefully wrapped in protective plastic covering and shipped in a sturdy box or envelope. I take great pride in handling your order quickly with most items shipping within 24-48 hours of ordering. I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct when placing your order. Shipments may be delayed if your package has to be re-routed due to incorrect/incomplete address information. Bad weather throughout the country may also delay your package.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE US
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Allow 3-5 business days from date of processing. Shipments may be delayed if your package has to be re-routed due to incorrect/incomplete address information. Bad weather throughout the country may also delay your package.

Allow up to five business days for delivery.

2nd Day Air
Orders received before 10:00 a.m. EST
estimated delivery by the end of the 2nd business day.

Next Day Delivery

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE US

UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited - Allow 6-8 business days for delivery.

- You must provide a telephone number and a signature may be required at time of delivery.

- Your bank card company will calculate U.S. Dollar exchange rates.

- Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. Canadian customers please note that Eriginals will not charge GST/HST. You will pay GST/HST and duties as it applies to the product and duty values directly to UPS upon delivery.
- In addition to duties & taxes, UPS charges a brokerage fee for international shipments that is the responsibility of the customer and will be paid directly to UPS upon delivery.  Please visit  www.UPS.com  and search "landed costs" to determine the additional fees due at delivery.

- We are not able to guarantee estimated shipping times as they are determined by UPS. Please visit www.UPS.com for specific delivery times.

USPS Priority Mail International

- We process orders each week day.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

- You must provide a telephone number and a signature may be required at time of delivery.

- Insurance is not offered for USPS Priority Mail shipments at this time. If you choose this method, please note that Eriginals is not responsible for lost shipments.

I will make every effort to ship your product in the smallest and fewest boxes possible, without sacrificing the quality and safety of the product, to reduce shipping costs and environmental waste. Please reuse or recycle your packing materials.

Important Information about Payment:

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. PayPal will not be able to process your order unless this information agrees. Please note that your purchase will appear as "Eriginals" on your bank card statement.

Track Your Order

When shipping via USPS Priority Mail I will E Mail you your tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly at www.USPS.com. When shipping UPS, you will receive an email confirmation directly from UPS when your order has shipped which will include your shipping information and a tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly at www.UPS.com.   If you chose United States Priority International Mail we are not able to offer package tracking at this time.

Return Policy / Lost & Missing Orders

Eriginals takes great pride in designing unique products that I hope you will love. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please let me know and we will take care of you right away.

If you have any questions, or need to make a return, please email me at e@eriginals.net, and I will respond to your inquiry promptly.

Due to the limited quantities available, I am unable to process exchanges. Exchanges will be processed as returns. If your purchase was faulty, please let me know immediately. If a product is faulty, all shipping and handling charges will be refunded as well.

Please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt, in perfect unused condition, complete with all the product packaging, and I will give you a full refund, less shipping charges. If returned items are not received within the 14 day period I will not be able to honor your return.

If your shipment arrives incomplete or is not received in a timely manner, please contact me within 14 days of shipment notification so I may track your order.  If you do not notify me within 14 days regarding the missing items or lost shipment, I will be unable to replace your items.

Please retain tracking information and insure your package when returning goods, as I cannot be responsible for products that do not reach me.

Please enclose an email address and phone number with your return.
I will arrange for your refund through PayPal upon receipt of the goods. You will then be contacted to let you know that your refund processed.

Product Info and Care

Please refer to the product care instructions included with your purchase. Wearables may be Machine Washed and Tumbled or Line Dried.  Presoak, Prewash or Spot Remover may be used as directed by the manufacturer. If your product needs pressing at any time, we suggest using a household iron set at low to medium temperature.

For all other products I recommend to wipe gently with a clean, damp cloth, using cold water.

Do not dry clean or rinse flaxseed or buckwheat filled products. The ingredients may degrade and cause mildew.
